IT & IS System Administrator

We are seeking a skilled IT & IS System Administrator to join our team! 

WHAT DOES SOMEONE IN THIS ROLE ACTUALLY DO?

The IT/IS System Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the bank’s Information Technology and Information Security systems are secure and reliable. This position involves working with our Managed Services Provider (MSP) managing the bank’s IT & IS infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications. You will also provide technical support to staff, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and work to protect sensitive data and IT assets. Maintaining cybersecurity measures is a high priority and will require efforts to prevent security breaches by monitoring, detecting, and mitigating cybersecurity threats promptly.    

In this role, your expertise will not only help in troubleshooting and resolving issues, but also in proactive monitoring and maintenance of our systems and controls. You build and install desktop machines, maintain printers, copiers, other peripherals, and networking.

WHAT ARE THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF A BANKER?

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.

Saratoga - Customer Service Representative!

Our CSR staff are the heart of the bank and play a fundamental role in achieving customer satisfaction. We are looking for a trusted employee to process transactions accurately and efficiently. In this role you will handle customers in person, on the phone, and through our computer chat feature for mobile and internet banking, assisting customers with transactions, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and representing Carbon County's Best Bank with excellent service.  

WHAT DOES SOMEONE IN THIS ROLE ACTUALLY DO?

These trained individuals greet customers, answer questions about their products or services and help them manage their accounts.This position will handle our customer needs by conducting dozens of bank transactions such as; accept deposits, cash checks, and process withdrawals.This role requires you to interact with many customers each week-day in person, by phone, and remotely on our banking platform. In addition, our CSR staff will learn the functions of New Accounts by opening and closing all types of deposit accounts, understanding our accounts, computer input, and more. We ask that our bankers “go the extra mile” to build trusting relationships that in turn lead to customer loyalty and satisfaction.
