Our motto is to "Be a Better Bank". This means we that we will not only work in our community, but we are proud to be actively involved in and around our community to make it a better place for all of us to live, work, and play.
As an extension of our mission, we created the Be Better campaign to not just help our neighbors but to give you the chance to help yours too. The message "Be Better" is a challenge for everyone to Be Better in every aspect of our lives. The best part is, that looks different for each and every one of us. Every chance we get to make a difference counts and that adds up to a BIGGER impact on everyone around us. Asking ourselves "how can I be better today" will give us all something to work towards, something positive to contribute, and a way to give back to make sure our friends and neighbors in Carbon County are taken care of.
Get your Be Better give back t-shirt knowing you're part of the giving. T-shirt sales support Carbon County's food banks. Each community in our county has a group of passionate individuals who work hard to feed community members in need. It is our goal to lend support to the food distribution programs county-wide to help them continue to help others. Proceeds will be donated to help in the effort to keep Carbon County fed.

BOC Jeans Day Give back
Every Friday our employees pay up to dress down. Bank of Commerce matches our employee contributions and we put the money back into our community by donating to local nonprofits. We have and will continue to donate to organizations all over Carbon County to benefit education, the arts, youth sports and clubs, seniors, and other local charities and service clubs.
